Students should talk to the teaching staff at their institution about problems using Finesse. Specific exceptions are made for the following cases:

• Share prices are not updating.
• Finesse returns an error page starting "500 - Internal Server Error".
• Security concerns about the Finesse application.
• Suggestions for features to be added to Finesse.
• Enquiries for students at institutions not yet using Finesse.

Students with one of the above issues, and non-students can contact Finesse technical support directly by emailing finesse@cs.st-andrews.ac.uk, or by calling 01334 463273. If reporting an error in Finesse, please include as much detail as possible; ideally include a screenshot of the error message.
